Centennial, CO, September 29, 2021. Johnson Storage & Moving Co., LLC, headquartered here, announced today its new Kansas City location in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. This new full-service facility will service logistics, office, and residential moving customers within a 50-mile radius of Kansas City, MO. The new business is a satellite of Johnson’s 70,000 square foot Topeka business, located 70 miles west.
Johnson’s new facility is located at 2736 McBaine Drive in a 60,000-square-foot climate-controlled high-cube industrial warehouse. The location is ideally positioned to service Johnson’s Kansas City domiciled local moving and logistics customers, with easy interstate access and state-of-the-art material handling capability. The facility is equipped with Johnson's proprietary warehouse and inventory management system to assist customers with supply chain management and overflow warehousing. This is Johnson's 15th full-service logistics/moving & storage facility across the West and Midwest.
